| Party’s grassroots organizations is an important part of Party building. After the liberation of Shanghai suburbs, the Communist Party of China took it over quickly, which kicked off the construction of grass-roots organizations. After the public launch Party, rectification movement and the consolidation and building movement, the CPC built a relatively complete system of grass-roots Party organizations in seven years, which provided a peaceful and stability social environment for social production and development.Shanghai suburbs was the main Kuomintang-controlled areas before the founding of the new China, the basic organization of the Communist Party of China has always been a secret underground state, but its own development space was limited greatly, many areas do not even have grass branch. In addition, there was little Party members which almost came from rural areas, the low quality of them affects the subsequent work of grassroots organizations seriously. After the founding of New China, the Communist Party of China quickly took over Shanghai suburbs, and led the economic recovery of production and development of suburb of Shanghai rapidly, and clear counter-revolutionaries in order to consolidate the Party’s ruling status in the suburbs of Shanghai. Since the CPC has accumulated a wealth of experience in the old building of grassroots organizations before the founding of the Communist Party of China, which provide adequate theoretical preparation and better guidance for the suburbs of Shanghai building grassroots organizations.This article aims to tap the basis of first-hand information on the files to find out the associated information to reappear this process in order to sum up the experience and lessons. So it can provide useful lessons for the Party’s grassroots organizations now.The CPC carried out a lot of work to build grassroots organizations in the early days of the new China in shanghai suburbs, including the general study education and management of Party members, regulation of non-registration of the Party activists and the branch consolidation, high-quality training of cadres. Besides, the CPC also combined with a variety of social movements to continue to strengthen the Party’s grassroots organizations at the time.In this course which can be found that at all levels prepare conscientiously to make a detailed construction plan, carried out in close connection with the social movements. The majority of Party members and cadres and the masses received ideological and political education, and the organization system construction was strengthened with a good results. Shanghai suburb of the Party’s grassroots organization initially set up, most Party members and cadres’ literacy and self-consciousness of political theory made a big improvement through education and learning, cadres has made considerable progress. All above ensure the purity of the Party organization and advancement. But it is undeniable that some measures are not appropriate to our contemporary practice of Party building. We should carry out educational activities regularly for Party members to improve their work style and work methods and establish institutionalized mode of operation to seek new branch development form. |
