Research On Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Organizations Of Communist Party In Multi Ethnic Neighborhoods

From the perspective of our party’s organizational system, the Communist Partyis a continuum constituted by all levels from the party central committee to local partyorganizations and grass-roots party organizations. Our Communist Party organizationsystem is very suitable to be described as a pyramid. The tower represents the partycentral committee, and tower bottom represents grass-roots party organizations.Grass-roots party organizations accounts for large proportion. It’s the mostfundamental link of our Communist Party to perform governing authority andcomplete ruling mission. Only by doing a well construction for tower bottom, thestability of the entire tower can be insured. Whether Communist theory, line,principles and policies in rural areas are have been fully implemented and the tasks ofbuilding a new socialist countryside carried out in rural areas Have been completed,it’s depends crucially on rural grassroots party organizations, a fighting bastion, canbe effectively played. In that way, the main object of this paper is the problemsexisting in the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, especially in Multiethnic neighborhoods, how to effectively play the role of rural grassroots partyorganizations, and earnestly promoting socialist countryside construction.This article can be broadly divided into four sections:First part of the introduction. Describes selection purpose, meaning, andsummary of the domestic research and evaluation, research content and approach tobe taken, and so on.
