Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Operation Status, Community Health Service

Community health service is an important part of the basic medical and healthwork, is the basic link to achieve the goal that everyone can take the primary health care.The development of community health service is an important task to promote thecomprehensive reform of the medical and health system. Only if the community healthservice gets greatly developed, the health resource can be effectively guided to flow tothe grass roots, so that the function, structure and layout of the health service can beadjusted and optimized. Only then the public health service can be based on the stablecommunity health service.In recent years, the state has adopted a series of policies, requiring to reform themedical and health system, to speed up the development of community health service,and to gradually establish a network of community health service with rational layout,especially to improve the basic health service system as well as to strengthen thefunction of the community health service. Especially after the implementation ofdeepening the reform of medical and health system, the grass-roots community healthservice system becomes more perfect, the function becomes more reasonable. But thereare still some problems, including the imperfection of government investing mechanism,the defection of basic medicament system, the lack of high-qualified primary healthservice worker, the out-of-date health service mode and so on. All these are in desperateneed of reform and improvement. This text analyzes the current status of communityhealth service in the background of deepening the reform of medical and health system.The author sets the community health service in Qishuyan District of Changzhou city asthe research objective and study the community health service operation problems through the theory and methods of public management, then analyzes the reasons forthe slow development of the basic community health service, and puts forward somefeasible strategies aiming at these reasons.This text provides a theoretical basis for promoting the development of China’sbasic health services from four aspects such as perfecting of the government investingmechanism, improving of the basic medicament system, strengthening the constructionof talent team and expanding the model of health service, which will promote thecommunity health service in china to develop healthily.
