Public officials property declaration system is recognized as the legal system is able toeffectively combat corruption.Due to obstruction by the multiple factors,China’s publicofficials property declaration system failed to establish so far.This paper demonstrates theeffectiveness of the property declaration system.Analysis of the specific obstacles to buildpublic official property declaration system from the declaration of property reportingobligations,property declarations, verification, publicity mechanism and legalliability.Made suggestions based on China’s conditions and the experience of othercountries.
