Corruption exists in all countries in the world, like a kind of cancer, erodes all aspects of the social life and brings great harm to the society. All countries in the world carried out the fight against corruption without hesitation. At present, China is in the period of violent social transformation, and in the period of high-corruption. How to radically eliminate corruption is the question what we need to think. All countries’ anti-corruption practice shows that a kind of system can radically eliminate corruption. It is the officers’ property declaration system, called leader cadres’ property declaration system in China. It is more and more generally considered as "anti-corruption killer" because it can terminally diminish corruption. But, the system which we began to establish from the1980s isn’t built up until now. This paper studies how to establish leader cadres’property declaration system in China from six sections. Chapter1mainly introduces the background and significance of this research. Chapter2mainly studies some theories of the system, including the basic connotation, theoretical foundation and basic content. Chapter3mainly studies six countries and regions’ systems in order to absorb their advanced experience for reference.
