It is accordant to our country's requirement of prohibiting corruption from both the external and internal to set up our country's official property declaration system.This thesis discusses the theoretical basis and practical basis of establishing the official property declaration system based on the simple narration of the system's connotation, and study some official property declaration systems in other countries and regions comparatively, and analyze the status quo and the gain in the practice of our country's official property declaration system. Then, this thesis quests for the access and approach to set up our country's official property declaration system, and presents some pertinent and practicable proposes.This thesis is divided into five parts to discuss the official property declaration system of our country. The first part is the introduction, and it introduces the thesis's background, significance, methods and related literature review. The second part focuses on the origin, basic concept and content of the official property declaration system, and analyzes the theoretical basis of establishing the property declaration system. The third part discusses and analyzes detailed the current problems of our country's official property declaration system from two levels:the establishing of the system and the practice of the system, and also analyzes the current existing resistance of establishing our country's official property declaration system. The fourth part overviews and comparatively analyzes the basic contents of other countries' official property declaration systems and the elicitation for the establishing of our country's official property declaration system. The fifth part studies the problems of the access designing and approach for establishing our country's official property declaration system, and also discusses how to establish and perfect our country's official property declaration system, based on the investigation of the necessity and feasibility of our country's official property declaration system.
