Fast developing urbanization and modernization includes the contribution of large population going to city work women, whose living condition relates closely to contemporary china’s background, developing vision, the developing of new type urbanization, the construction of beautiful china, achieving Chinese dream. However, gender discrimination of society, urban rural dual structure, the identity of city protectism make them become the ones who are easily suffering from unemployment, injury from the job, the waving of economy. Sticking to society fairness and justice and working hard to complete the "honorable working", the government should make policy of women going city to work. Therefore, the article is mainly on the vulnerability, reality, strategy of women going to city to work.This thesis can be summarized as "one centre""two supporting points""three problems". one centre means how to ease the livelihood fragility of rural migrate women, two supporting points means that I will use sustainable livelihood theory and system analysis method to analyze livelihood fragility, three problems means, the livelihood fragility of rural migrate women use which form to explicate, where is the conclusion point of livelihood fragility, how to ease and eliminate livelihood fragility. According to the research framework, this thesis will include5parts, that are introduction, three chapters, one conclusion.The conclusion part will mainly demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of the research on the issue about the livelihood fragility of rural migrate women. According to stating the time background, the value and the observation angle, the necessity of this research, to indentify related concept,finally, based on the domestic and international related research to build framework,choose main research method, demonstrate the facility of this research. Finally, put forward the anticipate results, the creative points, and design the structure reasonably.The first chapter is mainly for research design, and provide data material, empirical research method to analyze the livelihood fragility of rural migrate women.On one hand, through the questionnaire design and sample collection to figure out sample characteristics,on the other hand,state the PCA’s applicability to this research.The second chapter is mainly to analyze the current situation of the livelihood fragility of rural migrate women. Making use of PCA to extract the related factors, then looking for the breakthrough point to ease the livelihood fragility. At the same time, through describing these related factors to build statistics view of the livelihood fragility of rural migrate women.The third chapter is mainly about analyzing the fragility’s institutional origin. Making use of Analysis method of the institutionalism to analyze the policy defects which lead to the livelihood fragility of rural migrate women, also analyze in depth the value problem of the public policy which lead to institutional rejection.The forth chapter is about optimizing livelihood policy system to improve the livelihood fragility, In allusion to the livelihood fragility and the public policy defects, according to "clear one request,realize three inclusion, proceed seven reform to optimize public policy, realize the sustainable livelihood target.The conclusion is to conclude the research result, analyze the defects of this research, as well as to look forward about the research focus in the future.The creation of this article is mainly on the three aspects:first, the novel theory basis. The article uses sustainable livelihood theory to analyze the vulnerable appearance and the way to form policy, it is very common in this research area and has a deeply meaning. Second, Livelihood asset is the core element of the concept of livelihood. The depiction of livelihood vulnerability based on livelihood asset upright focuses on the key of the problem, and then concludes that the analysis and improvement of the livelihood vulnerability needs solving from the root to the problem point and making every effort to solve the problem concerning the subsistence of rural migrant women.Third, the innovativeness of the policies and suggestions. With the application of institutional approach, the paper, from the scientific outlook on development of people-orientation, establishes the "four in one" policy supporting system based on the theory of sustainable livelihood, making the policies and suggestions on improving livelihood vulnerability with the effect of integrating theory with practice, which highlights the theoretical paradigm of policy recommendations, and emphasizes its application value. |
