Study On The Develop Path Of The Community-home-based Care For The Aged In China

Due to the sustainable development of aging population, labors’ floating acrossareas and long-term family planning, the burden of supporting old people becomes aheavy load. And it shocks the traditional way of supporting the aged. The way ofhome-based care for the aged becomes more and more hard. At the same time, thedemand of old people’s life and mental can not be satisfied. On the other hand,because of the low-level development in China, the pension institutions establishedby the government can’t accommodate millions of the aged. With the addition oflong-term aging care debt, the burden of supporting old people belonged to thegovernment also becomes a heavy load. In order to reduce the aging care pressure offamily and government, we have to find out a new type of aging care mode.With the development of the times, different kinds of community aging caremodes appear. According to the national conditions of China, community aging caremode can provide the professional care, satisfy the aged people’s practicalrequirement and suit for the home-based aging care. The paper analyzes the nationalaging care situation, the advantages and development of community aging care inChina, compares with mature community aging care abroad. At last, the paper comesup with some suggestions for community-home-based aging care service inChina.The main study about community-home-based aging care is focus on the city.
