Research On Measures Of Religious Emergency’ Management Based On TRIZ

Our country is an entity of multi-ethnic and multi-religious. Most of the ethnic messes inour country have religious beliefs. Since the policy of reform and opening, the governmentauthorities are in the process of continuous learning, exploration and practice based on theMarxism religion theory. Then religious policies of socialism with Chinese characteristics areformed gradually. These policies include following content such as protection of religion’freedom, respect for religion, management of religious affairs according to the law, insistingon the principle of independence, self-management, correct guidance to socialism function ofreligions. Since the government put forward the issue of strengthening the religious work in1991, it has established a number of policies and regulations in order to achieve the policyshift of religious management from policy leading to law leading. So far, religiousmanagement has achieved gratifying achievements.After the Cold War, ethnic and religion began to revive within the scope of the world.The performance of revival is not only the increase of religious believers, but also thereligious extremism, fundamentalism, the generation of cult, politicization of religious issues,etc. Thus increasing opposition and conflict of religious occurred, such as India’s domesticcrisis of religion, Kosovo crisis, Chechnya crisis, Middle East issue, Israeli-Palestinianconflict, the “9.11”incident, etc. By contrast, peaceful coexistence and mutual accommodationare the characteristics of religion in China. And with the constant improvement of thereligious management, religion career is developed harmoniously and stably.Along with mutual communication and accommodation between ethnics, the frictioncaused by religious affair is inevitable in real life. The government authorities mainly runthrough corresponding emergency management system to hand it and the result is remarkable.With the changing situation, management of religion is becoming more and more complex.Keeping pace with The Times, the government authorities must develop a management modebased on the background in order to promote the development of religion. It will providesafeguard for stable development of economy and society. Some problems of religious management are analyzed based on the disadvantage ofreligious emergency management in this paper. Then the theory of TRIZ is used to improvethe emergency management system. As for TRIZ, it is a systematic theory for the solution ofthe conflict. Based on the statement that it is suitable to apply TRIZ to emergencymanagement, model which includes ideal application and principle application of conflictresolution are established. And then apply this model to the emergency management ofreligious affairs that the Tibetan monks set themselves on fire. Finally some suggestions areput forward to improve the emergency management of religious events based on TRIZ.
