| Currently, private pension institutions play a vital role in our pension careerpattern, however, it is undeniable that private pension institutions as a new thing, theproblems faced in the development process. Based on the review of previous studies,the study found that in previous studies and empirical research in the theory of privatepension institutions out of line, ignoring the research stay within the institutionalelderly. On this basis, this paper social welfare " privatization" theory as thetheoretical framework of this paper, the use of quantitative and qualitative researchmethods, through questionnaires and interviews L District, Changchun City, privatepension institutions were investigated. Through research, we find that at presentthere is a problem L area private pension institutions: from the elderly stay within theorganization, the current private pension institutions is difficult to meet thedevelopmental needs of the elderly stay and individual needs: from the organizationitself, the private pension institutions the existence of the "Matthew Effect ", which isdifficult to form small-scale development of scale, profitability and difficult toinadequate number of nursing staff, the quality of worrying issues. This paper furtheranalyzes the causes of these problems, the paper argues that private pension sectorinvestment, long cycle, slow income characteristics of the industry, competition,public property is not explicitly state pension agency, operating costs are too high, asense of industrialization, for pension wardens misunderstanding, vulnerabilities,and government policy on selective support is the main cause of these problems existin the L zone private pension institutions. The reason for the L zone private pensioninstitutions and the problems arising from this paper further proposescountermeasures: private pension institutions to take measures to curb thedevelopment of the " Matthew Effect" trend; promote the professionalization processof private pension institutions nurses; strengthen the private pension institutionsindustrialization concepts; further strengthen the government’s management of theprivate nursing home; further increase government support. |
