Research On The Status, Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Private Pension Institutions In Wuhan

Since twenty-first Century,all the developed countries in the world have entered an aging society,the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious,and many developing countries have stepped into the ranks of the aging society.As the family gradually tends to miniaturization,empty nest,and the traditional family pension function is weakening,the traditional old-age pension and public pension institutions provided by the government are difficult to meet the existing service needs of the elderly,and the supplementary function of the private pension institutions is particularly important.Through the exploration and analysis of the private pension institutions in Wuhan,we can enrich the knowledge theory of social security,rehabilitation and human resources,and provide a certain degree of theoretical support for the future scholars and policy makers.At the same time,it will help to promote the construction of urban private pension institutions and improve the service level of the elderly,and speed up the development of institutional pension services.This is of great practical significance to the transformation of the management mode of the private pension institutions,the deep promotion of the "combination of medical care" and the cultivation of professional talents for the aged.Taking Wuhan city as an example,based on the current situation of the development of Wuhan private pension institutions in understanding through field research methods of questionnaires and interviews on the points that exist for the development of private pension institutions of Wuhan city at this stage from the support policy,traditional concept,legal norms,pension system,financial institutions,human resources,management etc.the dilemma,and combined with the advanced experience at home and abroad and the local actual situation,from the private pension institutions themselves,the government put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the development of private pension institutions in Wuhan city.The purpose of this study is to promote the better and faster development of the private pension institutions in cities,and to make it play a greater role in the national pension system.
