It becomes a key point to analysis the defense ability of thepre-warning system and to explore the generation type of instant and effective operationplan. And it is a theoretically valuable and practically significant issue to propose anonline method of action planning and weapon resource allocation, which isenvironmentally adapted. The air defense capability of warship is the decisive factor totransform the sea power from positively defensive to both aggressivity and defensive,while the planning scheme is the key point to the operational effectiveness.This paper researches the resource allocation and task planning in warship airdefense issue. It proposes a joint method for warship air defense by synthesizing thedynamic target allocation and warship collaboration. Its results are the defense schemesfor each warship and the synergistic operation plans in the entire defense actions. Thismethod solves the movement model and the action course for the single warship airdefense by using the automatic planning method in the artificial intelligence. Then itprocesses the collaboration based on the multi-agent system. It can achieve both thesatisfactory task allocation and the action course for each warship. And this paperunfolds these follow parts around this method:First, it completes the automatic planning method for single warship air defense. Itraises the basic factors for warship air defense and the logic expresses of the relevantconstraints. Then it introduces the fundamental method for the resource allocation issueand stresses on the detailed description of the automatic allocation based on the resourceplanning method. Last it gives the solution approach.Second, it researches the control collaboration of the warship radar networks. Itconstructs the model of the control collaboration of the warship radar networks based onthe multi-agent metal control and gives the solution approach. Then it focuses on thepivotal techniques about the collaboration control method based on the multi-agentmetal control and the method of moving horizon estimation. Then it detailed explainsthe joint method, which synthesizes the method of the automatic planning for singlewarship and the method of control collaboration for the warship radar networks.
