In recent years, with the development of China’s economy rapidly,social effectand function of Non-profit Organizations(NPO) have gradually emerged. With thevigorous support of the government, NPO get broad space for development. whichplays an important role in every aspect of our society. However, recently in thedevelopment process of NPO exposed many problems about credibility shortage, ithas severely hindered the development of NPO.On the basis of comprehensive reference consulting, with the general idea ofraise a problem–analyze the problem–solve the problem, the use of referencesanalyzing, comparative analysis, data analysis, integrate theory with practice, firstlystate research status of domestic and foreign NPO credibility; secondly combinedwith development process of NPO to analyce NPO construction status, andperformance of credibility shortage make an exposition. furthermore through the pointof view of internal and external causes, combined with the reason of NPO credibilityshortage make an analysis, including the imperfection of registration system and theexternal supervision mechanism, shortage of funds and talent etc; finally through theabove analysis, from the point of view of strengthern internal and external supervision,bring forward promote countermeasures and suggestions of NPO credibility problem,in compliance with perfect the laws and regulations, update government supervisionmode,perfect society supervision system, strengthen construction of organizationalculture, perfect the financial management system etc.Through the study of this project, which was intended to research and promoteselect path of NPO credibility, promote healthy and ordinal development of NPO,promote the improvement of NPO trust environment.
