The villages and towns cadres of ethnic minority area are not only the organizer and leader of the economic construction and social development in minority areas, but also the executor of the line, principles and policies of Party and stateo They are the bridge and the link between the government and the minority area people, and play an important role in minority areas。 With the changes in the international and domestic situation, there appear some new problems in the ideological and political education on the villages and towns cadres of ethnic minority area。 This paper analyzed the main problems and reasons existed in the ideological and political education on villages and towns cadres of Guangxi, and proposed suggestions on countermeasures, in order to improve the effects of education and quality of villages and towns cadres of Guangxi, and provide human resource for Guangxi to realize rapid development。This paper is divided into four chapters。 The first one analyzes the duty and the qualities of the villages and towns cadres, presents the educational content of the villages and towns cadres of ethnic minority area, discusses the values of this studyo The second one summarizes the achievements gained, points out the key problems in the ideological and political education on villages and towns cadres of Guangxi and their causes, attempting to pinpoint the sticking points of the problems。 The third one is countermeasure, focusing on the problems and causes, gives several advices to improve the results of the ideological and political education on villages and towns cadres of Guangxi as follows:sense, ranks, ways, system and environmental。...
