Of Ideological And Political Education Of The Ethnic Minority Areas In Yunnan

Ideological and political education of enterprises constitutes an important part of such duties of the Communist Part of China ("CPC"), and is also lifeblood of enterprises. With the impact imposed by the economic globalization, multi-ethnic cultures, gradual perfection of China's market-oriented economic system, and the step-by-step progress of the reform toward the inland together, enterprises in regions inhabited by minority groups advanced into a new phase in this new age, having made remarkable achievements in accomplishing modernized production, large-scaled industrialization, and formalized management. However, due to the diversity of social thoughts in ethnic minority areas, traditional cultural diversity, multi-layered social development, and laggard economic growth, there are still many new situations and new problems in development of enterprises in such regions. Especially with the continuous improvement of economic and social environment, people in ethnic minority areas are also constantly receiving new things and new ideas. The mutual impact and fusion of these "new" and "old" things not only have a great impact on people living in such regions, especially people working in enterprises here, but also have created a unique development style of such enterprises. As the central government is taking steps to make rapid development in such regions, strengthening ideological and political education in such regions provides ideological assurance, political direction, and economic orientation for building of enterprises in such regions, playing an essential part for enterprises in such regions in realizing healthy and orderly development in a more and more fiercely competitive environment where the socialistic economic system is market oriented. By employing proper methods of ideological and political education to educate thoughts of enterprise managers and employees and to give full play to their subjective initiative, how to make the enterprises in such regions advance along the realistic developing route of socialism, to consolidate the leading position of the CPC in such regions, to effectively promote enterprises in such regions to progress in a healthy way, and to facilitate the development of spiritual cultures in such regions has become a critical issue.From an ideological and political education perspective, the author elaborates the important role of such education in building of enterprises in regions inhabited by minority ethic groups on the basis of the actual situation and basic theories and research results of predecessors. In particular, the development of such education in Yunnan is deeply analyzed in this paper in consideration of both achievements and problems. The analysis is focused on causes of such problems, setting out how to make full use of proper methods and measures of such education in combination of enterprise building and giving out advices to solve real problems in building of enterprise in such regions. This research can be sees as part of ideological preparation for achieving rapider development of such regions and narrowing the gap between different regions.
