From The Contemporary College Students Crime Focus On Values Education In Universities

Values refers to a person to objective things around, the importance of the total evaluation and total views. Students are the pillars of the nation-building, to shoulder the important task of national construction and social development. But in recent years, the situation of Students Crime is getting more serious, although the ratio is not high in the entire criminal offense, because of the special background of its identity and the great impact on the community has aroused widespread concern in society. The correct values of life can lead to the rational thinking and good actions, the entire life of great help to the society to settle down, the university is the last station of schooling before college students into the society, higher education shoulder "teaching" and "educating people" double task. So the analysis of the present status and reasons of the current crimes of college students in China, and how to improve the university values education, will be targeted and effective to prevent the crime of college students.This article first defines the definition of the Students Crimes, determine the object of study; followed by summarizes the current situation and characteristics of college students crimes, and analyzed from both subjective and objective factors; at last from the values education of view, put forward the prevention of college students Criminal Countermeasures, demonstrated there is a meeting point between the Students’Crimes for values education and prevention.
