| In recent years, the severe employment situation of college students has been a hot issue of the whole society, which has been caused by their employment ideas, professional settings, the discrimination of employment units. Faced with this situation, students need to take the initiative to develop a scientific and reasonable career plan. A good career plan not only depends on the support of the whole environment, such as the attention from universities and all other circles of society, but also their own positive mental activities. Therefore, this study, taking 650 students from three universities in Beijing as the research object, mainly discusses the relationship among self-leadership, psychological capital and career plan by using the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire, Revised Self-Leadership Questionnaire, college students’ career planning questionnaire. The results are as follows:(1) The Psychological Capital level of college students is higher than the theoretical value as a whole. There is no significant difference in whether being a leading cadre or not, gender and parents’ monthly income.(2) The self-leadership level of college students is higher than the theoretical value in general. There are some significant differences in gender and being a leading cadre or not. The self-leadership level of girls is higher than boys’, class cadres’ higher than those not as a class cadre. There is no significant difference in parents’ monthly income.(3) The overall level of career plan is relatively higher than the theoretical value. There are significant differences in being a leading cadre or not and parents’ monthly income. The level of career plan of the class cadre is higher than those not as a class cadre. The career planning ability of those whose parents’ monthly income is 5001-10000 or over 10000 is high. There is no significant difference in gender.(4) The self-leadership in general can significantly and positively predict the psychological capital, which has a significant positive effect on career plan. Self-leadership can positively predict the career plan. Psychological capital plays an intermediary role in the career planning section of self leadership, and the model fits better.Thus the paper draws the following conclusions: students’ psychological capital, self-leadership and career planning are at a high level in general. Self-leadership and career planning are affected by whether as a class cadres. Self-leadership indirectly affect career planning through psychological capital, so improving the level of psychological capital can enhance the level of career planning of college students. |
