Today is an era ofknowledge and technology driven economy, due to the increasingly fierce global competition, new technology, products, management concepts are constantly emerging, followed by a change in the nature of the work. Compared with the previous employees to strictly follow the work role requirements and instructions, the nature of the work is becoming more and more active. This requires employees to be more active in order to adapt to the change of the organization and the complex economic environment. Enterprises want to stand out in the complex market competition, there is a growing demand for the quality of the leader. A large number of empirical studies show that staff to actively work behavior and leader management is highly relevant and authentic leadership as a new form of leadership and staff proactive work behavior and healthy mental growth mode has a important influence can not be ignored.This study based on the relationship between the authentic leadership and the proactive behavior, bring into the psychological capital and job autonomy variables, take the Jinan City owned enterprises, joint ventures and private enterprises of 621 employees for subjects,used authentic leadership scale, psychological capital scale, work autonomy scale, proactive behavior scale for measuring tool to collectdata, using the method of variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other data analysis methods of data processingby the SPSS 20.0 and Amos 20.0 data processingsoftware, discusses the relationship between authentic leadership, psychological capital, job autonomy and proactive behavior, draws the following conclusion:(1) There is a significant positive correlation between the authentic leadership and the employee's proactive behavior and psychological capital, and the authentic leadership can effectively predict the employee's psychological capital and proactive behavior.(2) There is a significant positive correlation between the employee's psychological capital and the proactive behavior, and it can effectively predict the proactive behavior of the employees.(3) The psychological capital plays a complete mediating role between the authentic leadership and the proactive behavior of employees, and the job autonomy plays a moderating role in the path of the authentic leadership on the psychological capital.
