The Study Of Shanghai Comic Workers In Early Statehood

In the wave of the socialist transformation after foundation, the transformation of Shanghai comic industry is also in full swing. Comic industry is revitalized because it has been valued by the new regime in new historical background, and has been given the new function of propaganda. As a creative member of the comic industry, the comic workers accept the transformation and management of the new regime. In the process of being transformed, we focuse on the transformation measures they have experienced and their response to these measures. Besides this, we also pay attention to the different working places of these comic workers at the end of the transformation. On this basis, we try to discuss the salary and living conditions in different comic workers, and analyse the reasons of the difference in their income and social status.
