Intangible cultural heritage campus is proposed in recent years. In 2002, the academic community held "China’s first universities Intangible Cultural Heritage Education Seminar." Increasing emphasis on the protection of national intangible cultural heritage. The school has a research team with high-quality talent, has a unique advantage in the intangible cultural heritage.In this paper, the use of literature, interviews, field survey method, logical analysis of the status of intangible cultural heritage in Western Universities Sports field surveys to explore the campus sports intangible cultural heritage of the factors proposed sports Intangible effective measures with the path campus cultural heritage, development of sports intangible cultural heritage campus programs to promote sports intangible cultural heritage campus sustainable development and heritage sports intangible cultural heritage to other schools provide information and reference.The results show: Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage campus pass withstand a variety of factors.(1) National Policy Guidance;(2) Promoting the role of the national, provincial Minority Games held;(3) the project’s own characteristics;(4) Leadership degree of attention(5) the degree of awareness of teachers and students;(6) Professional Teachers strong degree;(7) textbooks and venues with equipment level. These factors push or restrict the inheritance and development of the sports campus of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. For restricting sports intangible cultural heritage campus factors, the proposed measures are:(1) establish conservation awareness;(2) to enhance professional teaching staff;(3) Strengthen the textbook construction(4) to strengthen the special funding. Development path proposed are:(1) Construction of the relevant administrative departments and the school’s cooperation mechanisms;(2) to create a sports intangible cultural heritage campus atmosphere; the addition of sports intangible cultural heritage(3) physical education curriculum;(4) establishment of Sports Intangible cultural Heritage Fund Project on campus;(5) the establishment of sports intangible cultural heritage inside and outside school practice base. Sports intangible cultural heritage campus program design: first, establish the campus inheritance purposes, inheritance principles, heritage objectives; then screened campus heritage projects before the adaptation heritage, inheritance implementation; Finally campus heritage evaluation.
