| The developing technology helps the evolution of modern music, to reach more diversities in both composition and performance. In this thesis, I would like to analyze modern percussion works such as<Time and Money>,<Mikrophonic I>,<Mani Gonxha> and<Body Music> in terms of their compositional techniques and stage technical issues, in order to illustrate and compare the sonority, instrumentation, structure, scoring of each individual work; as well as the staging of performance, such as live sound amplifying, video footages, lighting. Furthermore, I will like to discuss how the modern percussion works are influenced by the multimedia technology, and how compositional techniques and stage technical issues affects each other. |
