A Research On The Evoluntion And Contemporary Value Of “Xiang Ji Dance” By XiShi Dance In Wu Area

The "Xiang Ji dance", originating from Wu Area in the Spring and Autumn Period,absorbed the essence of Wu culture. It is renowned for the marvelous performance by Xi Shi,one of the Four Beauties in ancient China. The Xi Shi of the dance "Xiang Ji dance" is the Xi Shi dance of Contemporary for collectively.The "Xiang Ji dance" maintains its important status in literature and art of the past dynasties for its unique historical context, performance style and manifestation mode. With the development of Xi Shi culture, the contemporary intangible cultural heritage, the "Xiang Ji dance" flourished in dance arena and contributed to improving the aesthetic value of Xi Shi Dance. However, the history of Wu dance started late.some researchers claimed that the original dancing posture has been lost for over two thousand years,So few people from the perspective of "beauty dance dance shoes ring" as the topic of research,because of the rare studies of the "Xiang Ji dance". Therefore, the author makes an in-depth research of this topic from the perspectives of the longitudinal analysis,horizontal comparison and value analysis. The first chapter is introduction including research purpose, literature review, research significance, research gap, main content and research method.
