Research On Culture Industry Development Countermeasures Of Zaozhuang City

Cultural industry,which as a sunrise industry and gold industry in the world wide.Under the environment of economic globalization, with its low consumption, low pollution, high added value and other advantages,Cultural industry has aroused world wide attention,is becoming an important direction of the economy.As one of the coal production bases in our country,Zaozhuang is a typical resources city. In recent years,with the decline of coal resources and the depletion of traditional industries, energy and development have become increasingly prominent, how to achieve economic transition and sustainable development is a big realistic problem existing in Zaozhuang.It is thought that,based on the characters of Zaozhuang progress in in different stages, To explore the development mode of cultural industry conferred to the reality of Zaozhuang economy and culture, Developing cultural industry can relieve the conflict between energy and economy development, promote the economy development healthily and continuously, as well as Zaozhuang’s Comprehensive Strength and competitive edge.In this paper, the cultural industry in Zaozhuang city as the research object, by means of consulting literature, comparison and analysis approach, case analysis and so on, analyzing on the experiences of culture industry’s development mode home and abroad, the development of cultural industry and typical cases of cultural industry in Zaozhuang City, on the basis of drawing upon the advanced experience both at home and abroad, making full use of comparable advantage, perfecting government function, from Zaozhuang’s present situation, make a practical development strategy of culture industry.The paper is composed of six parts.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic of this article, then it summarizes the reference documents,and discussion on the concept and function of cultural industry. In the end of this chapter, I illustrate the research ideas and methods,as well as a few innovation of the research.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the development mode of cultural industry in the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan,Korea and other advanced nations,and advanced cities in the homeland such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen,Changsha.The third chapter is the analysis of the cultural industry development of the whole situation of Zaozhuang City,firstly introduces the development status of cultural industry in Zaozhuang,and then analyzes the advantages,problems and reasons of Zaozhuang culture industry development in detal.The fourth chapter is the case analysis part,empirical Study on the two representative cultural industry project of Taierzhuang City Cultural Industry Park and so on. Analyse on the representative case from cultural enterprises and cultural industry parks,in order to understand the actual situation and the role of Zaozhuang government in the process of promotion of cultural development, conclude finally.The fifth chapter, puts forward the specific countermeasures to promote the development of cultural industry in Zaozhuang from the perspective of the government in the following six aspects:mode of development, development objectives, policies, financial services, personnel training and market cultivation. Last chapter summarizes the achievements and raises the issues pending further study.
