As a low-carbon, environmental protection industry, Cultural industry is an important partof the world economy, the lever to promote economic development, which is the degree ofcivilization of a country and region, development level and competitiveness of the embodied.Zaozhuang city located in the south of Shandong Province, with long history, splendid culture,rich resources and excellent location, is a beautiful city along Jinghang canal. In2009, the StateCouncil officially approved Zaozhuang city to be the resource-exhausted transition pilot, thewhole city began to develop coal chemical industry, culture-tourism and urban constructionvigorously. Zaozhuang City will face unprecedented opportunities. Therefore, study on thedevelopment strategy of cultural industry in Zaozhuang, has the theory significance, but also hasimportant practical significance.In the first chapter, I give a detail introduction to the research background, meaning, thepresent research condition, the concept of cultural industry, the relative theory of culturalindustry, the approach to cultural industry. All of these are the basis of cultural research. In thesecond chapter, I mainly focus on the concept of the cultural industry, the difference betweencultural industry and cultural undertakings; the main characteristic, the basic function and theprospects of cultural industry, which are the theoretical basis of this subject. In the third chapter,I introduce the practice of cultural industry in some areas of our country; I also put forward someexperience that we can learn from and link them with the development of Zaozhuang. All ofthese pave the way for the following research. The fourth chapter is the focus of this article. Inthis chapter, I make a thorough research for the present situation of the cultural industry andmake a detail analyze for the challenge. These are the direct evidence for the developmentstrategy and correct choice of cultural industry. The fifth chapter is the core part of this article,on the basis of the previous analysis, comparison and research, I put forward some advice aboutthe cultural industry; what’s more, based on the present resource condition and trend of culturalindustry, I bring up some strategies for accelerating the development of Zaozhuang culturalindustry, the construction of our team, the reform of our system, the development of naturalresources, brand creating, Development of retail business、Carrier construction、technologicalinnovation and so on. Meanwhile, I summed up the cultural industry development strategy tobuild four major cultural industrial brand, development of four key cultural industry, To supportthree cultural industry development——" Four four three " cultural industry developmentstrategy, to provide references for the development of cultural industry in Zaozhuang.
