A Study On Culture Industry Development Level Of Shaanxi And Countermeasures

Culture industry is actually an industry group that is cultural resources-based and tertiary industry leading. Due to its characteristic of energy saving and high value-added, culture industry is adapted to new era economic of development and get more and more attention. Shaanxi province has plenty of cultural resources, while the culture industry of which however, is just at the early stage with low added value of culture industry and small proportion of regional GDP. It is at middle level of provinces nationwide, with a large gap with the development provinces.Through the research of status quo of Shaanxi culture industry, we can get some results that the overall trend of its culture industry is high speed, low value and the industry has not yet formed a certain scale.In the view of region, the area of Guanzhong is the highest level of the industry development, especially, the level of Xi’an city is much higher than other areas and cities. And then, area of Shanbei, low added value but high cultural resource, great development potential. Shannan is the lowest level of development area, where added value of culture industry is the lowest value of all Shaanxi province, with low amount of culture firms, incomplete industry system, and the whole industry combines with the tourism industry closely.After testing all the cities in Shaanxi province of their culture industry level, it can be found that there are four different levels in Shaanxi province. City of xi’an is at the top level. Three cities, Baoji, Xianyang and Weinan are at the second level. Two cities in Shanbei area are at the third level. Three cities in Shannan area and city of Tongchuan are at the lowest level of culture industry development. In the view of different aspects, industry amount has the largest difference among the cities, while the industry endowment and relevant supports are less different, which suggests that cities in Shaanxi province have plenty of cultural resources and relevant supports, but the ability of using cultural resources and combination with relevant industries are much different among cities.Studying the solution of culture industry, we must concern the characteristic of culture industry and the situation of Shaanxi culture industry. Modifying the regional plan of culture industry development, developing culture corporations, improving the training model, protecting cultural resources and cooperation among areas will improve the development level of culture industry.
