Research On The Socialized Operation Mode Of Yantai Grand Theatre

With the rapid development of China’s economy, and the people’s growing demand for culture and arts, the theatre plays an increasingly important role in the city, as a result, the whole country see a wave of theater construction, and the theatre becomes the focus of construction of public facilities in cities. Because of the inaccurate positioning, insufficient financial funds, mismanagement and other reasons, many theatres have a poor condition of operations. As the first modern grand theatre of Shandong Province, the orientation of Yantai Grand Theatre is the public cultural service institution, and through the socialized operation mode, the grand theatre has obtained remarkable effects and achieved double harvest of social and economic benefits. In the background of construction of modern public cultural service system, the socialized operation is the direction of the development of public culture, so the socialized operation mode of Yantai Grand Theatre provides the successful operational experience to other theatres.The main body of this thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the general situation of the socialized operation of Yantai Grand Theatre, it includes the background and process of Government-commissioned operation, and the orientation and the operation idea of the theatre. The second chapter is the analysis about specific measures of the socialized operation mode of the grand theatre, from the following three measures that are the institutional settings of the grand theatre, the public cultural service model of "trinity" and funding sources. The third chapter is the analysis of social and economic benefits of the socialized operation of the grand theatre. The last chapter is the practical significance of the socialized operation mode, it aims at concluding the successful operation experience of the grand theatre for other theatre reference.
