Creating situation by the constructivism and the theory of second language acquisition abroad, in the process of constantly improve their own development, and it is widely used in the second language teaching, including the primary oral English teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Creating situation as an effective teaching method should conform to the requirements of the primary oral English classroom, and can improve the learners’ interest in learning, finally achieve the goal of communication. Primary oral Chinese as a foreign language in the classroom situation creation can be divided into real situation according to the consistent with objective reality or not, simulated and imagine situation, also can be divided into direct situation according to the situation creation or not directly and indirectly. Creation of the situation needs to be carried out under certain principles, thus created by the teacher in the classroom situation to conform to the situation of typicality, interesting, authenticity, communicative and operability principles. And be able to use language to describe, role playing, such as multimedia display means and ways to create conform to the students real life and meet the students’ cognitive situation. Teachers in teaching Chinese as a foreign language often inadvertently establishment situation to assist in teaching,they create the situation could exist from reality, from the teaching goal, create the situation type single and so on. Creating situation occupies an important position in primary oral Chinese as a foreign language classroom, as a result, teachers in the creation of teaching situation should be based on the teaching target, to cultivate the students’ communicative competence, for the purpose of using a variety of situations, create accord with students’ cognition and demand situation.
