Uponthe combination of the music education with business management, theoretically based on the Japanese quality management mode “PDCA cycle”, this paperanalyzes Yamaha music teaching mode which is originally created by the Japanese Yamaha group. After the related data analysis and hands-on experience, the author concludes that Yamaha music teaching mode is influenced by Yamaha group quality management idea and also has certain characteristics of quality management. And then the author takes P, D, C, A four content, eight steps and three characteristics of the “PDCA cycle” mode for analysis and explores “system music course” which can most reflect the characteristics of Yamaha music teaching mode and concludes that the content,steps and characteristics of “PDCA cycle” mode in Yamaha music teaching.This study is of great significance. First, it analyzes the concrete embodiment of “PDCA cycle” mode in Yamaha music teaching and provides mode and content reference for the application of “PDCA cycle” in music teaching. Second, it demonstrates the feasibility of combining business management with music teaching and provides development and innovation reference for our social music education mode. In addition, the business quality management philosophy also has certain reference significance for the improvement of teaching quality in our country’s school music education.
