The Research On The Current Situation Of Anhui Sports Dance Art Enrollment Examination Training Institutions

Sport dance are loved by the people because of it's unique fitness value,entertainment value and communication value,as well as a variety of dance types,style and aesthetic taste.Under this situation,sports dance school institutions of Anhui Province have develop rapidly,students have higher requirements while the enrollment scale and the quality of training continue to develop Based on the investigation of the status of the students,teachers and institutional leaders who participated in the pre-test training of art Enrollment,this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures.Aimed at optimizing the effectiveness of pre-test training to promote the sports dance training institutions of this social education sustainable and healthy development.This paper reviews the status quo of the pre-test training institutions for sports dance art in Anhui Province.The research object is teachers and candidates in Anhui province sports dance art entrance examination training institutions,The survey method is the interview method,the questionnaire survey method and the literature method.At present,the lack of standardized management system of institutional management,unified industry standards and management standards,leaders also lack the relevant management knowledge and experience,which lead to market vicious competition.Institutions are small,it's difficult for the candidates to choose;training institutions' imcomlete as well as teachers' teaching skills;most institutions only have the basic site configuration,teacher coaching and their own technical level is not high.The ability of dance creation,music arrangement,other dance and scientific research and innovation is not enoug.Training institutions lack of effective supervision and communication mechanisms,the bidding process is not standardized,and lack of follow-up supervision and management.The results of the above research findings shows the problem of Anhui Province sports dance art enrollment pre-training institutions,countermeasures are as follows,(1)Strengthen the orderly management,enhance the management level and management performance,improve the management system.(2)Integration of sports dance resources,help small institutions to expand the scale of institutions,open up the propaganda path to increase publicity.(3)Optimize the site facilities environment to improve site utilization,improve the level of vocational skills of teachers,strengthen the comprehensive ability of teachers.(4)Long-term effective supervision of the organization's teaching situation,site facilities and teachers is needed,try hard to achieve standardized operation,to prevent unreasonable charges or other irregularities.
