As the development of China’s economy, the improvement Chinese international position, so now the number of people learning Chinese is increasing, the requirements for Chinese textbooks is also more and more high. A textbook is the core of curriculum teaching materials; the development of Chinese students the skills depends largely on the quality of the textbook and the textbooksmeet the students’ level or not.In the current foreign language teaching materials market, the foreign language teaching materials for Japanese is still in the developing stage. This kind of materials is not popular like English teaching materials, the popularization is not high; the excellent teaching textbooks for Japanese students are still too little. Japanese textbook has its own particularity, as the primary spoken Chinese textbooks “Learning Conversational Chinese with 301 Phrases”in general type has a strong market and influence not only in domestic but also abroad. Choose this textbook as the research object is on the basis of the general edition, which analyze the difference between textbooks in general edition and national edition which is in order to strengthen the contacts.Although there are many translation of“Learning Conversational Chinese with 301 Phrases”, but also cannot call national type of Chinese textbooks, so this article will through the study of the teaching material to strengthen general comparison and contact type inteaching material and teaching material of country type.This paper will focus on the two aspects textbook compilation and textbook teaching materials to have research on Japanese version "conversational Chinese 301"(two volumes). It’s combining the relevant theories, drawing on previous research; find out the problems existing in the textbook in the compilation of the insufficiency and the teaching design, put forward suggestions for improvement, for the future of Japanese language textbooks written to provide some reference. The main body of this paper includes the following two parts:1. From the structure of the textbook writing aspects, structure, content, culture of teaching materials to discuss, summarizes its advantages and disadvantages, the key lies in the lack of teaching materials, and put forward the corresponding suggestion.2. Starting from the textbookteachingmaterials and on the basis of pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, culture, and combining with the teaching material of general structure, it may encounter and find out the problems in the teaching process.
