| This paper’s subject is the language of school-age children aged 6 to 7 in TV show First Grade of Hunan satellite channel.The author studied this from different angles and made classification of corpus, data analysis, explication of phenomena,etc.This paper consist of four parts. Firstly, the author described and analyzed the application of children’s pronunciation in First Grade from four sights: the initials,finals and tones,intonation.The initials’ mistakes get the largest proportion,after that are mistakes on finals, tones and intonation. Besides the development of pronunciation organs and the complexity of language form, there are also other factors influencing their pronunciation development: language barrier, difference of gender, family education, social environment, etc.Secondly, the author minutely and deeply analyzed the application of children’s vocabulary in First Grade from parts of speech, word frequency and word meaning,dialect vocabulary and English vocabulary. About parts of speech, their use of content words is still dominant. But with their growth, the use of function words develops rapidly. The children in First Grade have mastered common function words. As for w ord frequency, their use of high frequency words presents a tendency of common and simplification. For word meaning analysis, they have mastered most words’ meaning gradually, except several words’ distinction.Thirdly, the author briefly analyzed the application of children’s grammar in First Grade, including the analysis of single sentences,the analysis of compound sentence and common syntax errors.Finally, the author deeply explored the reason of children’s pronunciation,vocabulary and grammar errors showed in First Grade. And according to that, put forward related language learning and education strategy. Hope it can be an opportunity to put forward some meaningful suggestions for the early school-age children’s language development. |
