The Dissertation And Comparative Research Of Jian Bozan And Fu Sinian’s Historical Data Views

After the May 4th movement of Chinese society, the academic circle had a prosperity situation, which provided necessary conditions for China to receive all kinds of western historical thoughts. Jian Bozan,as one representative of th e history of Marxism,and Fu Sinian,which was one representative of the histor ical materials sect, had a great influence on the history science during this tim e. On the basis of the principles in the history researching which advocated by the ’new history’,Jian Bozan and Fu Sinian respectively make an inheritance a nd interpretation on the twentieth century Chinese traditional history from the r espect of historical dissertation and historical data.Jian Bozan,which paid attention to the historical data view in the history researching,and Fu Sinian,which was one representative of the "historical sec t", they had a similar growth and study experience——they were both born in an old fallen intellectual family,had been formed the interests in the history si nce their childhood,and born in the times between late Qing dynasty and the e arly period of the Republic of China,which provided the possibilities for them to creative new progress on their historical data views.Besides,they two both ha d an experience of studying abroad,these experience had a great influence on t he formation of their historical thoughts and historical data views.It is importan t to note that there were lacking of the comparatively research in their historic al data views. So,through the comparatively research in the historical data views of Jian Bozan and Fu Sinian,we can deepen our understanding of their histor y thoughts,and also offer some help for us to anew acquaint history from th e respects of historical dissertation and historical data.The first part of this paper was introduction,mainly introduced the researc h results of current academic about the historical data views of Jian Bozan a nd Fu Sinian.From the current research of the academic circles we can see,t here was still quite lacking of the comparative research on the problem about Jian Bozan and Fu Sinian’s historical data views.So,through the comparatively r esearch of Jian Bozan and Fu Sinian’s historical data views,this can provide so me help for us to deepen our understanding about their historical data views a nd the relationship between history and historical data on the theoretical aspect.The second part is the body of the article.The first chapter focused on the characteristics of the early twentieth century developments in Chinese history, which was to explain the inheritance and extension in theoretical about Jian B ozan and Fu Sinian’s historical data views of the Chinese history.The second and the third chapter discussed the main content about Jian Bozan and Fu Sinian’s historical data views. They had the similar origin of the historical data view,not only absorbed the beneficial ingredients from the Chinese traditional history,such as paying attention to the textual research, discrimination and gloss,but also referenced some advanced thoughts of the modern thoughts and science,like the history of marxism,linguistics,archaeology,anthropology and so on.In addition,they also had their own view on the collecting,sorting and practice of the historical data.The forth chapter focused on the systemic contrast between Jian Bozan and Fu Sinian’s historical data view and the reasons of the similarities and differe nces between their historical data view.They attached importance to the historic al data in the history researching,as well as the substantial history material and distinguishing.In addition,they also had their own opinions on the collecting methods,research methods and discrimination of the historical data.They were B orn in the great and changed times between late Qing dynasty and early Repu blic of China,they were brought up in the old fallen intellectual family,and fav ored the history since their childhood,accepted the education of China and west ern science,old and new education forms,attached great importance to the guida nce of the new history for historical data researching,all these made some simil arities on their historical data views.In addition,affected by their own different academic ideas,philosophy,political ideas and some other factros,thier historic al data views are fundamentally different.The fifth chapter mainly researched their historical achievements and impa ct under their own historical data view.By the comments and comprehensive re searching between Jian Bozan and Fu Sinian’s historical data view,not only ther e were some obvious academic features of the Chinese traditional historiograph y,but also had mixed with some academic concepts and factors which had acti vely advocated by the’new history’.Their historical data views had a great and far reaching influence on the Chinese history circle in the whole twentieth ce ntury,especially on the problem of the relationship between history and historica 1 data.Therefore,Systematic and deeply researching of their historical data views had an important academic significance.
