The “Black Humour” has become popular culture in the US during 1960 s. It was contrasting with culture of global economy growth and development. The “Black Humour” has transformed from a literature technic to a distinct aesthetic, and spread over the world. Meanwhile, Modern Chinese painting aesthetic were adopting ideology and manifestation from Western world. Such transformation has endowed the diversity to the painting art, however, some problems accompanied. Firstly, it is no longer sufficient to interpret such diverse painting art with traditional observation method. Secondly, the artist has more ways to absorb information and widened sight, they having more individualized thoughts and desire of expression. Questions they might think about, for instance, how to express glamour of art, the content and emotion at same time? Whether “humor” is equivalent to artistic creation?The article was start with the artistic character of “Black Humor”. The first chapter illustrates the historical background of “Black Humor”, and overall presentation of artistic characteristics of “Black Humor”. The second chapter focusing on heteronomy and auto-rhythmicity of artistic development in order to discuss the regular pattern of art painting. Firstly, it introduces the influence of social form and local culture over the aesthetic. Then explain the formal language and content of some selected painting from western world, in order to illustrate the methodology of “Black Humor” in artistic creation. The third chapter is focusing on the modern Chinese painting, and identifies the influences of “Black Humor” over the modern Chinese painting. It takes its local social condition into account to conclude the basic value of modern Chinese painting artistic. The fourth chapter talks about the pros and cons of the influence of technology development over western “Black Humor”. It suggests that “humor” is not equivalent to artistic creation. The adopting of “humor” in artistic creation is something that strict, which requires study, well-structured thoughts, and experimentation. Such creation also requires consideration of social value, and profound and strict artistic activities. The last chapter is not only discussing the development of artistic under influence of technology development, but also is my self-assessment of artistic creation to identify the problems.
