Surreal Dreamland

Floating Life, is a dream build for myself, which silence and peaceful.Part of the reason why I create this painting is for my own, to find another ‘self’ beyond the reality. I am obsessed with my dream world,for I can soothe the loneliness; I am keen on fantasy of daydreaming, for I can close to free soul. I always wonder whether a more real self exists in reality or in dream. Freud Sigmund, an Austria famous neurologist, can be of help in interpreting the dream, furthering to explore the disguise self under the unconscious.Chuang Tzu wrote a real self in the dream which transformed into butterfly.All this theory makes me more fascinating to illusory dreams and more curious about superego in invisible dreams.Therefore, I described a surrealistic space in meticulous figure painting form,which is a half virtual and half real,romantic and lonely space,and all the images in this space symbolizes my mysterious spirit world.
