"Listening, speaking, reading and writing" are four basic skills, "listen" in the first place. "Primary Listening Teaching" is the foundation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, which has attracted the attention of the scholars both at home and abroad, and has made a very fruitful research results. However according to the survey, the author found, the works of elementary Chinese listening practice and teaching are not very rich, and discussion of the problem teaching isn’t very deep, especially for a country or a phrase learners listening teaching and research, and on the initial stage of Russia left students Chinese language listening research is less.I found some problems existing in the study of the Russian students, trying to find out the problems and reasons existing in the listening teaching through questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers and students. On the basis of teaching theory, this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures to solve the teaching and learning in listening class, hoping to make some reference for the primary Chinese listening class teachers.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which divides into the background and significance of the topic, mainly on Teaching of primary Chinese listening course, and puts forward the research methods and innovative points in this paper; the second part is the overview of the teaching of primary Chinese listening course, in this part, the factors that influence primary Chinese listening understanding of the nature, the author respectively summarizes the elementary Chinese listening teaching and the teaching principles as the theoretical basis of this study; the third part is to investigate the status of students in primary Chinese Listening Course, mainly divided into two parts: the first one is to study the current situation of Russian students in elementary Chinese listening course; the second one is the analysis of problems and causes of primary Chinese listening course of study in Russia. In this part, I Investigate and interview students in Russia and primary listening course teacher from Harbin Normal University and Harbin Institute of technology. The fourth part is strategy of elementary Chinese Listening Teaching of Russian students. In this part, I carry on the analysis through classroom teaching methods, students attach importance to the feedback and improve the listening course set three aspects.
