| Building a new socialist countryside is an important part of the whole construction of a harmonious socialist society, and also is one of the important initiatives to achieve the Coordinated economic development between urban and rural areas.Construction of Rural Culture is an important part of the new rural construction, and also a spiritual power to promote the rural social development.However, while the rural culture made gratifying achievements, there are some problems exposed and need to be solved.In this study, the author focus on the cultural construction of new countryside, researching on the villagers who take participate in cultural activities, based on the field research of rural cultural activities in Pukou District, and analysis the desire and impact factor when villagers take participate in cultural activities. In order to provide useful information and reference for carry out the new rural culture activities more effectively through the real case of Nanjing rural areas.The results show that:the construction and implementation of rural cultural activities in Pukou District has made some remarkable achievements, but some problems still exist, including poor infrastructure in rural culture, scarce number of cultural institutions, lack of cultural activities carrier, rural culture funding shortage. All of the factors especially the lack of funds support result in rural cultural activities difficulty, the role of traditional culture continuing to reduce and the foundation’s influence are in the decline.-cultural environment has difference between urban and rural areas leads to lack of local characteristics in Rural Cultural ConstructionIn response to these problems, this study suggests that government must play the main role in the process of new rural cultural construction, strengthen public opinion guidance and increasing funding to cultural and sports activities, meanwhile, focusing on improving existing stylistic authority and institutional innovation.Active in rural cultural activities are specific measures to implement the cultural construction of new rural areas, it has a bright prospects in the countryside, with the party and government attention to rural culture, the cultural construction of rural areas will get a comprehensive development. Rural culture prosperity and development, will eventually make an important contribution to socialist spiritual civilization. |
