In recent years, higher vocational education reform and development has made remarkable achievements, the higher vocational college graduates’employment continues to improve, and maintain a high level. But in the joy of Higher Vocational Graduates’ employment rate rose steadily, the quality of employment is not satisfactory. Work in a line of bear hardships and stand hard work spirit, high sense of responsibility, the lack of professional ethics, such as the lack of professional ethics, the higher vocational graduates in the work of the stability is still a big problem, the cultivation of students’ professional quality in higher vocational colleges should be a reflection of the higher vocational education workers.As a Chinese teacher in higher vocational colleges, it is deeply felt that the position of higher vocational education is facing the predicament of higher vocational education, and it is also recognized that it is both instrumental and Humanistic Language Teaching, which plays a positive role in the cultivation of students’professional quality. Therefore, the author puts forward the reform of Higher Vocational Chinese teaching reform in higher vocational education, and improves the quality of Chinese teaching in higher vocational education. It can improve the quality of higher vocational education, improve the quality of higher vocational education, improve students’ Chinese ability and comprehensive quality, and lay a solid foundation for the future development of students.This paper first through to the relevant literature, the research on the vocational quality, higher vocational Chinese teaching reform, and so on. Then, the questionnaire survey, the number of Vocational Colleges and dozens of enterprises to carry out research, to understand the vocational students for the professional quality of the cognitive, business needs of the professional quality of vocational education, vocational quality and other aspects of the status quo. Through the analysis of the survey data, it is found that vocational students have a lack of awareness of their professional knowledge; their professional qualities cannot meet the needs of enterprise production management. Through the in-depth analysis of these findings, the paper puts forward a systematic reform strategy, which is based on the construction of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching content, and the establishment of a diversified assessment system, which emphasizes the importance of Vocational Education in vocational training and the students, it has made beneficial discussion and practice for the deepening of Chinese teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.
