Be Through the classroom teaching design, teachers can predict and grasp the process of the teaching activities on the whole, elaborate design teaching process, is to improve the teaching efficiency and the important guarantee of complete the teaching mission. Because the novice teachers just took to the podium, however, the lack of experience in teaching, the classroom design and there are still many problems in the actual classroom teaching, for the understanding of all aspects of classroom teaching has much room to improve.Teaching case is a typical, specific, meaningful teaching phenomenon, is the real record of classroom teaching, through the description, analysis and reflection on the teaching cases, patterns and ways of classroom teaching, looking for ways to solve problems and improve the work. Cases in this paper, the author’s practice experience, focus on the reduction of authenticity and objectivity, the true record of the most important link in teaching Chinese as a foreign language---the classroom teaching, to beginners and skilled teachers of the Confucius institute of South Korea foreign studies university as the research object, on primary oral English classroom teaching as the research content, by comparing the novice teachers and master the primary oral Chinese class of classroom design and analysis of the discrepancies in the two types of teachers in each teaching link, finally try to novice teachers teaching Suggestions are put forward.This article altogether is divided into seven parts:The first chapter is the introduction part, introduced the selected topic reason and research significance of this article, illustrates the research contents and research methods, and the related literature review. The second chapter, three, four, five, six.it is the core of the full text, the author from the import, the new words about practice speaking practice, the text, grammar practice four links of typical classroom case has carried on the detailed analysis, and based on the case.The seventh chapter is based on the reflection to the novice teachers targeted Suggestions are put forward, and the study of this article made a summary, finally points out the shortage of this case study.
