Research On Yin Jishan And His Poems

Yin Jishan was a famous poet who was born in the Qing dynasty. He lived during the Yongzheng’s and Kangxi’s domination. He was an official, but also a scholar of Manchuria. He was the outstanding representative among the official poets of Qing dynasty.As officials, he was both civil and military, and had a wonderful political journey in his life. As a scholar, he is the author of "Yinwenduangong Poetry",who has high literary quality. With the prominent identity and a high literary achievement,he quickly became the leader of poets in Manchuria Eight Banners.Because of their special identity attributes, Official poets are the part that can not be ignored in Literature Research.But during the current academic study,the researches on Yin Jishan almostly are based on his life experience and political achievements. Relatively speaking, the literature research of Yin Jishan is not being taken seriously.This paper tries to restore a comprehensive image of the Yin Jishan through making a comprehensive and detailed discussion of his poetryThis paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the Introduction of his family and his life.Yin Jishan, who was born in 1695 and died in 1771,was named "Five Duchen" by Qianlong.This chapter includes four parts,the first three parts are "The family background"、 "Chancellor of two dynasties"、"Political achievements".The last one aims to grasp the whole picture of his literary creation. The second chapter classifies his poetry. It will be divided into five sections. This chapter is mainly revolved around the five parts,trys to show the contents of his poems. In the third chapter,Yin Jishan’s poetry is analyzed to grasp the artistic characteristics of his poetry. The fourth part is opinions of the author about Yin Jishan that summed up his contribution and the role in the history of Chinese Literature,even of Manchuria Eight Banners literature.
