Guangxu three years(AD 1877), Renxiliu wasfinallyabletoobtainTienSi.Since then,he occupied some important positions in the Qing government and the Republic of China government,served as minister of public works,zhili governor,Guangxi Taotai,director of the Hunan Civil Affairs Department DouDuFu,the military governor and the civil governor of Hunan and so on.In the period,he was also actively engaged in the cause of Education, successively in Academies of Jiangxi Wanzai and Hunan Daozhou asthe professor,in Jiangxi imperial university asthe head teacher, in Guangxi collectors Museum as the deputy curator, in Hunan middle normal school as the supervisor, in Hunan Education Association as the president, inHunan higher normal school served as the head of the department of history, in Chuanshan Society as the president and so on.Renxiliu is not only the government officials,preaching tuition,he is also a Hunan Guqin performer.The paperbased on the history of Hunan Guqin, Renxiliu was chosen as the research object,and analysis his music thoughts,taste style,inheritance and evolution.Pay attention to the period of the end of the Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China’s activities of Guqin,ideology,style from the Renxiliu.This paper has a certain significance to show this period of Hunan literati music life. It mainly includes the following four parts:The introduction part from the group of Hunan Guqin inherits, Hunan Guqin works and tablature, Hunan Guqin society and activity three aspects to elaborate overview of Hunan Guqin altar since modern times.To explore the topic of this paper and research value.Review of literature and other issues of this paper.The first chapter mainly narrates the Renxiliu’sdeeds.Mainly from three aspects: description of a comprehensive study, family life, music and activities involved etc.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the Liu Renxi’s Guqin works “Qin Zhi Shen Qiu”purpose. From three aspects of the instrument research, temperament theory, music aesthetics to analyze study the purport of “Qin Zhi Shen Qiu ”, and to elucidate the Renxiliu’s temperament view and aesthetics view.The third chapter makes a comparative analysis of Renxiliu’s “Qin Zhi Shen Qiu”and Zhiluqiu’s “lv Yin Hui Kao”.For further discussion of Renxiliu’s inheritance and development of “Shen Qiu ”,and make a comparative analysis of Guqin’s work“Yu Li ”.
