In recent years, with the development of economic and cultural exchanges between China and Korea, more and more people are learning Chinese in South Korea. With the Confucius Institute of South Korea, specialized training institutions, as well as the vigorous development of Chinese teaching in primary and secondary schools around the,Korea for special demand of Chinese people is increasing, therefore, The Chinese department of Korea University’s responsible for personnel training mission, in recent years, the number of University Department of Chinese is also gradually increasing. So we will choose KOOKMIN University Department of Chinese language and literature as the research object, according to the first-hand information of the search in Korea launches the research, aimed at understanding the personnel training of Chinese Department in Korea University, also it explore the teaching characteristics and existing problems, thus to Chinese language Department and Chinese Literature Teaching Department of Korea University reform and talent training strategy to provide certain reference.The first part, This paper introduces the topics of the purpose, significance and research methods, and non degree Chinese teaching, Korea University Department of Chinese language and literature teaching and other National University Department of Chinese language and literature teaching has been on the related literature review. Clear the scope of the topic survey, survey will be established as the Chinese Department of KOOKMIN University of Chinese learners, and to design a specific survey and questionnaire.In the second part, aiming at Korea University Department of Chinese language and literature teaching situation is described from the angle of the history and the status quo, then the impact of the external factors affecting the Korea University Department of Chinese language and literature teaching are analyzed, such as the Korean national language policy, and communication between China and South Korea is both of the factors.In the third part, through designing Korea KOOKMIN University Department of Chinese language and literature survey, investigation methods, the survey content further according to the survey data from the curriculum, teachers, students, training mode, teaching materials etc. a few aspects were statistics and analysis, to clarify the basic situation of Korea University Department of Chinese Language Teaching.The fourth part, in the previous investigation and analysis based on. It is pointed out that Korea KOOKMIN University Department of Chinese language teaching in the curriculum setting, teachers, teaching methods and the students’ level and existing problems, and according to the problems, puts forward improving the curriculum,strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers,improving learning method, pay attention to the training of students’ language skills such as recommended.
