In professional teaching, the core part of "animated" is motion, including the law of motion and animation performance. Animation performance is about animation design based on the virtual character what creators make, it requires observation, life experience, and characteristic of motion artistry, exaggeration, transformation also should be taken into account. And animation performance is a form with real show and the action and exaggeration of role in performance.In college professional teaching and curriculum, animation performance didn’t draw sufficient attention. In present, these problems in front of many art college: To initiate a teaching plan and master the basic theories and technical skills. Learn foreign experience of animation teaching and production, on the other side, develop traditional animation and pay attention to transformation of education and explore a training mode with Chinese characteristics.This article try to analyze the difference of animation and live action, conclude problems and situation in animation teaching, and discuss the importance of animation performance in animation teaching. How to develop creativity and impetus of animation performance on students? We explore the ordinary rules in animation performance which is very meaningful to understand the animation major and complete practicing process comprehensively and clearly.
