Research On The Financing Problem Of Film And Animation Company XC

Small and medium-sized film and television animation enterprises are a new force of the national culture industry, which constantly enrich the domestic film and television animation market products, at the same time it is struggling, and facing great financial pressure. Nowadays China’s various types of capital market is booming, but the film and television animation industry has more intangible assets than fixed assets, and it is difficult to get a clear marketing outlook, the operation of project funds are relatively out of control, all this reasons led to the financing difficult in the film and television animation industry. With the national emphasis on culture industry, the profit of film and television animation products continues to rise, and the operation of the project is becoming increasingly transparent, standardized; banks, funds and other financial institutions gradually open their door to the animation industry, animation companies are growing rapidly and which become the gospel of the whole industry.This paper takes a small company XC animation film company as an research obj ect. After studying lots of domestic and foreign literature and analyzing XC animation film company’s team composition, business structure, as well as internal and external f inancing, this paper found out that internal financing is in line with the company’s cha racteristic in the early stage but external financing has many problems, such as sluggis h financing channels, irrational financing structure and high financing costs etc. After f urther analyzing the company’s internal and external financing environment, it can be f ound out that the company’s internal fiancing has a good operational capacity, informat ion transparency but there is no professional financing team, lack of collateral and low credit, which leads to a negative realization of foreign aid financing. As for the externa l financing, although many financial policies of cultural industry are put in palce in rec ent years, financial institutions still challenges the small and medium sized company due to their low innovation ability.This paper argues that the XC company to achieve high efficiency of financing, th e company should first of all from the inside, to strengthen the enterprise internal const ruction, and the design of the precise short term financing and long term financial planning for it, so that the enterprises of the same type combined with th e enterprise’s financing environment, product characteristics, and the enterprise’s own ability, operation ability, market management ability and risk control ability, find the suitable financing mode, to improve the probability of successful financing.
