The Rearch Of Household Appliances Using Process Guidance Mode Design Based On Cognitive Psychology

With the development of product design, designers should not only pay attention to the function, appearance, color of products. Designers should also focus on whether the users use the product correctly, whether users would encounter a problem, whether the users know the solutions of using problems and so on. The user guidance is a kind of method to solve these situations. So this paper studies the product user guidance in using process. Based on the research of user cognitive theory and user guidance, four modes of the user perception of the product are put forward. Then the paper analyzes the user guidance of product design, and points out the necessity of cognitive psychology in user guidance design.The household appliances using guidance mode are taken as the research object in this paper. And it studies household appliances from the view of user guidance and summarizes the user needs of household appliances guidance. Besides, this paper analyzes the psychology and behavior of users in using process. It also makes a detail study on the home appliances use process guidance mode based on cognitive psychology. The design scope, design target, design pattern, design carrier and design method of household appliance are summarized as a result. According to the research of method and theory, the paper chooses a specific case design combined with computer aided design. It summarizes the conclusions of the research, and forecasts the related study field in the end of the paper.
