Since China’s accession to the WTO, sino-foreign joint venture established in China, have sprung up in driving the national economy forward. According to business statistics show that only the foreign investment in China in 2013 there were 22773 new enterprises, the actual use of foreign capital finance up to $117.6 billion. Personnel exchanges is the talent management strategy adopted by the transnational enterprise one of the important means. Look from the surface of the multinational enterprise management strategy, is the capital, technology, management and a series of resource integration. But from the deep analysis, culture has experienced a long history, both in the values, language, communication, etc., or in the religion, custom, thinking, etc. There are significant differences. Is, unavoidably exist in the transnational enterprise culture, the collision and conflict between as well as fusion and absorption.Based on this, this article in the United States set up by the multinational companies in China to implement the management as the research of cross-cultural communication standpoint. Through the definition of key concepts, the basic theories of cross-cultural studies, as well as the related literatures in recent years at home and abroad were reviewed and comb, in this paper, the theory basis. With case analysis, the method of field in LX branch(China) research and in-depth analysis, with a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of the implementation of cross-cultural management.
