| Since China had accessed into the world trade organization,Chinese enterprises have gradually taken the initiative to go abroad from OEM/ODM factories of overseas customers to explore global market,and the number of enterprises from distributors to local offices to branches or joint ventures has also increased in the past.In particular,the development of internationalization strategies represented by science and technology enterprises now diversifies the market,increases the market share of enterprises in the international market,and improves company’s brand globally.UB company also faces many culture conflicts in the global operation.Cultural differences bring about management conflicts,which are practical problems that enterprises must face.Due to COVID-19 epidemic,the instability of the global market and restrictions on business travel have brought challenges to the management of cross-cultural teams.In the process of UB company’s global markets,in order to obtain the advantages of sustainable development,scientific cross-cultural conflicts management is the key to the successful realization of an enterprise’s global market strategy.This thesis firstly analyzes the concrete manifestations of management system,communication method,decision-making method and human resources management in the process of UB company’s work in the context of Middle East culture combined with cultural dimension theory.The global processing of the UB company’s international market has brought about four problems:increasing the expenditure of the company’s international operation management,losing bilateral markets,the company’s plan cannot be fully implemented,the negative impact of relationship company.Secondly,in view of the management problems in these four aspects,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of value difference,lack of communication environment,lack of right daily assessment of cross-cultural management,and lack of daily operational control of cross-cultural management.Then,according to related reasons mentioned above,corresponding countermeasures for cross-cultural conflict management are put forward:emphasize on establishing a correct concept of cross-cultural management,strengthen the construction of cross-cultural communication environment,optimize cross-cultural management evaluation,and optimize cross-cultural management control activity.Finally,we proposed measures for the management of cross-cultural conflicts.The research in this paper helps to optimize the culture conflicts management of UB companies in global markets operations,provide effective support for the company’s world wide strategic deployment and obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.Thus we are able to manage the team professionally in coming process of globalization. |
