With the advent of an aging society and the social changes brought about by family size getting small and core, making the family pension services that our traditional patterns become unsustainable, cause of our pension service urgent need to move towards to society, making diversification of the subject that provide pension services. Background conditions in this reality, religion do pension service business began into the spotlight, particularly the pension service career of Catholic nuns is worthy of attention.This paper uses the sustainability of religious endowment service business as perspective, the double contradiction that the ability pension services of the pension service career of Catholic nuns is strong but its ability to raise funds is poor, and the level of pension services is high but the society’s recognition of it is low as the paper’s mainline.
