Research On Liangzhou(Zhangyi) Dialect Vocabulary

This paper includes six parts.The first chapter makes a brief introduction to the physical geography, the history and the population of Liangzhou and Zhangyi, and gives a description of the tone, the rhyme and the accent system of the dialect of Liangzhou. The second part through giving an example of the classification chart of dialect expounds the glossary of polysyllabic words and the glossary of monosyllabic words of Liangzhou dialect. It includes more than 6,000 entries. The author compares the standard Chinese pronunciation and the dialect of Liangzhou from inside and outside formation in the third chapter. The fourth chapter mainly describes the motivation of creating Zhan Yi dialect and its word formation. And some words are made textual research in the fifth chapter. The last part carries on the summary to this article.This thesis mainly on the collection and induction of Liangzhou dialect through analyzing the words which have significant differences from Mandarin. The paper makes a overall comparative analysis of the number of syllables and the use of morpheme. And the semantic features are analyzed in detail by analyzing the lexical meaning and grammatical meaning. Features of affix emerge the rich and colorful spoken words. In the meantime, Zhangyi dialect has a rich inheritance of ancient words. I finished this thesis on the basis of the familiar with mother tongue and a lot of research work, hoping to make little contribution to the further study of Liangzhou dialect.
