Yan Zi Chun Qiu And Zuo Zhuan Proof Reading Notes

Yanzi Chunqiu is a book recording,the prime minister of Qi country,Yan Ying’s words and deeds during spring and autumn period, including 215 single stories about a series of political and social activities of Yanying helping the king to govern the country, and making the image of an outstanding polician who is loyalty to the king,loving to the people and integrity and wise. Zuo zhuan is the first chronological narrative history book of ancient China and an important book of research about the history of spring and autumn period,involving the events of alllevels and fields. This essay explains the linguistic phenomenon with the 16 sections of the text of the same facts of Zuozhuan and Yanzi Chunqiu as corpus, starting with proofreading.This essay contains four parts:1.The introduction. Introducting Yanying and Yanzi Chunqiu and the research status of modern proofreading.2.The body. Summarising the times of Zuozhuan and Yanzi Chunqiu briefly and checking and annotating the 16 sections of the corpusof the same facts of these two books detailly.3.The analysis of the proofreading materials. Analyzing the word problems,grammar problems, the diffrences of text contents and the cited Book of Songs problem one by one with the proofreading of the same facts of these two books. In total, proofreading that: five groups of ancient and modern words, two groups of variants,six groups of borrowed words, seven groups of synonyms,seven parts of different sentence patterns, fifty-two function words, two parts of content additions and deletions, one part of content change and six parts of citing the Book of Songs. At last, we get the relationship of these two books, that is Yanzi Chunqiu has taken over the materials of Zuozhuan.4.Conclusion. The last part of this essay points out the advantages, disadvantages and the imagination of follow-up research.
