The Research On The Theory Of Thinking In Images In The Education Of Environmental Art And Design

Compared with the education of environment art design in western countries, the education in China hardly satisfies us because of being short of creation, which is unparallel with the fast development of domestic economy. The main reason why it happens is that we have an undeveloped model of environment art design education. Therefore, the thesis makes a research on and an overall analysis of the development and current situation of environment art design education in Germany and America, which has a developed model of education, as well as, the author gets implications, including it is believed that there definitely is an excellent education model as a support in the country, where the environment art design education is dynamic and developed. Moreover, the excellent education model is guided by scientific theories and principles. In terms of our current situation of education, we lack of them, scientific theories and principles. In order to solve these problems, the thesis makes a deep research on the theory of thinking in images and summarizes applications of it.The author carries out a detailed description of personal opinions, combining the theory of thinking in images and the education of environment art design to develop the creativity of students, which is also the core of the thesis. The structure of the thesis is that, firstly, the author introduces the development of concepts, home and abroad research situation, significance of thinking in images, logic outlines and methodology. The second part serves as literature review and theoretical background. Based on the previous literature review and theoretical background, the later part generalizes an effective and scientific teaching approach, which is to develop students, majoring in environment art design, images thinking and to cultivate their creations.
